Acceptance of an Order

Although you have purchased an item or service online. this does not constitute a sale until we accept the order.   This enables us to ensure that we are able to fulfill the order.  We aim to confirm the acceptance of your order within 4 hours between the hours of 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday.  This excludes Bank Holidays.

Orders placed outside of these times will take longer to process.

We reserve the right to decline to provide a service/fulfill an order.


Payment for the Service

You place this order on the understanding that an advance payment of 3 weeks for the Light and 6 weeks for the Standard and Premium Service is required before the commencement of the Service.


Cancellation of a Service

We reserve the right to terminate the services we provide to a client or organisation whose business is deemed to be no longer a good fit with the philospopy and aims of Abri CS.

If an organisation wishes to cancel the Service offered by Abri they are required to give notice as agreed in the Contract of Services signed at the commencement of the Service.

Upon cancellation of the Service the Deposit (or part thereof) will be returned after all outstanding monies due to Abri CS are deducted.

You have the right to cancel within the first 14 days of purchase, if the service has not commenced.


Refund Policy

Abri CS will provide a full refund within the first 14 days of a purchase if the service has not commenced.

Upon cancellation of an Order that has commenced, the terms of the contract apply.  Please refer to your contract.


Discounts

Discounts are available when you pay Monthly. Discounts are also available when you recommend a business who subsequent takes up a Service.  The Discount remains on your account for the duration they remain contracted.
